Working as OG-III (Officer Grade 3) in Operations Department in Skardu Branch.

• Maintenance & Exceptions.

ZTBL( Zarai Taraqiati bank limited) ( May-10-2016-17 Dec-2016).

ZTBL is not a commercial bank it include in development sector main purpose is to provide easy loan for pakistani farmers .ZTBL run by government of pakistan. I was selected by Ministry of Youth development Islamabad and place at Skardu Branch for one year Internship Program. Ministry of youth development of pakistan ever year launch aone year internship program for newly graduated students in different Government and Private Sector.

ZTBL is playing a great role in fulfilling small farmer cash Requirements  by providing easy loans .After September 2017 i was transfer to ZTBL newly opened branch at Shiger by management with my willingness . AT  Shiger Branch I  get  an  opportunity to work in field operation with Mobile Credit Officer.I was a great experience in term of learning the farmers facing difficulties in remote but beautiful mountains area Shiger.Shiger is the palaces where K2 mountain is located.

Baltistan Karobar Group:(Dec 2015- May-9-2016)

Baltistan karobar Group is one of the renowned  Distribution  Setup in GB region Because of its Cold Storage  Facilities.Haji Ehsan Ali a renown business person of Skardu engage in poultry business , bring the idea  and technology of cold storage to skardu first time. Now Baltistan Karobar has the distribution of many pakistani   national frozen food products  Like menu foods, Big Bird as well as many multinational products like Walls Ice Cream , Lipton TEA Knorr, etc. BKG Group  has almost capture market of all  Baltistan district including shiger ,Kharmang & Roundo  .Having more than two cold storage facilities , six out lets in baltistan region.

In baltistan karobar i worked in account, supply chain department.

During Working in BKG I learn about frozen food inventory challenges and also the supply chain challenges face by company regarding to infrastructure and road of skardu.
